The Role
Teaching Science across KS3 and KS4 with KS5 depending on specialism
Delivering engaging practical and theory-based lessons
Supporting pupils with investigations and exam preparation
Monitoring attainment and implementing strategies to improve progress
Contributing to collaborative departmental planning
Supporting enrichment activities and STEM initiatives
Maintaining high standards of laboratory safety and organisation
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A degree in a Science discipline
Experience teaching Science at secondary level
Strong classroom management and practical teaching skills
High expectations for pupil engagement and behaviour
A collaborative and professional approach
