Job Summary

Project Delivery & Execution

Lead endtoend delivery of IT/OT projects such as:
- Fiber optic deployments
- Wireless networks (LTE Wi-Fi 6 microwave point-to-point links)
- CCTV & security systems
- Access control and Smart Gate solutions
- GNSS and geotechnical monitoring systems
- Data center and server upgrades
- Digital mining applications
Manage project scope schedule cost quality resources and risks.
Ensure compliance with mine safety standards change management and site access protocols.
Drive installation configuration testing (FAT/SAT) and handover to operations teams.

Stakeholder & Client Management

Work closely with technology stakeholders from the mining company (e.g. Operations OT Networking Automation Geotech Security).
Facilitate workshops requirement gathering solution walkthroughs and status reviews.
Build strong relationships with third-party vendors contractors and OEMs (Cisco HPE Aruba Axis Trimble Hexagon etc.).

Governance & Reporting

Maintain detailed project documentation risk logs RAID registers procurement trackers.
Provide weekly and monthly project dashboards to client and internal leadership.
Ensure all deliverables meet contractual obligations and KPIs.

Safety Compliance & Site Protocols

Follow stringent mining safety norms including:
- PTW (Permit to Work)
- JHA/JSA
- HSE guidelines
Coordinate site mobilization induction PPE requirements and travel logistics.

Technical Oversight

Oversee designs BoQs network diagrams site readiness and solution validation.
Work with engineers to resolve field issues.
Ensure technologies align with mining operational models:
- TROC (Technical Remote Operations Center)
- Autonomous Haulage Systems
- Dispatch systems (Fleet management)
- Geotechnical monitoring

Financial Management

Track budgets invoicing cost variance vendor contracts and procurement.

Core Experience

712 years of experience in IT project management with at 5 years in mining environments.
Experience delivering IT/OT infrastructure projects (networks wireless CCTV servers sensors field devices).
Knowledge of industrial environments harsh terrain deployments and remote-site logistics.
