The Role
Teaching Physics across KS3 and KS4 with KS5 expected
Planning and delivering engaging well-structured lessons
Supporting pupils with practical investigations and exam preparation
Promoting analytical thinking and mathematical application within Physics
Monitoring pupil progress and implementing strategies to raise attainment
Contributing to STEM enrichment and wider Science initiatives
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A degree in Physics or a closely related discipline
Experience teaching Physics at secondary level including KS5
Strong subject knowledge and confident classroom practice
High expectations for pupil engagement and academic achievement
A professional organised and positive teaching approach
