Job Summary

Our client a provider of financial services to the international business sector serving a diverse international client portfolio is seeking a Corporate Officer who would devise the companys strategy. This role requires a candidate with a solid background in corporate administration

This is a hybrid role offering a salary of up to 35K plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage build and maintain a strong relationship with a portfolio of clients

  • Perform general corporate administration duties and assist with compliance issues including the collection of CDD as part of the KYC procedures

  • Prepare corporate documents for review and coordinate their signing and filing

  • Prepare and submit documentation for company registrations and structural changes such as share transfers and director updates

  • Ensure compliance with deadlines for filing annual returns BO confirmations and other statutory forms

  • Assist with client bank account openings liaise with banks and attend meetings to offer administrative support

  • Communicating with other departments within the company and ensure smooth service delivery

  • Collaborate with MFSA MBR and other authorities

Education Skills & Experience

  • Formal tertiary level of education in a related field

  • 2 years of experience in a corporate administration role in Malta - non-negotiable

  • Excellent English communication skills at a C2/native level both written and spoken

  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office

  • Multitasker with the ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Acts with integrity and professionalism while handling sensitive information
