Our client is seeking a Corporate Communications Lead who will be responsible for overseeing and executing the companys communications and events strategy. This role involves curating and ensuring adherence to established guidelines for both internal and external communications and events ensuring the companys brand values are consistently and accurately represented.
The Corporate Communications Lead will manage the communications team and play a key role in shaping how the organisation engages with employees media and external stakeholders. The role also involves contributing to decisions around communication strategies style and processes.
Location: Hybrid - Gzira
As a Corporate Communications Lead your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Develop and implement internal communication strategies to ensure consistent messaging aligned with business objectives
Oversee and optimise communication platforms and tools to support effective information sharing
Support and execute corporate communications activities including town halls quarterly and annual results meetings and strategic company updates
Plan organise and deliver internal and external events that support company culture branding and corporate milestones
Act as the primary point of contact for media building and maintaining strong relationships to secure positive coverage
Contribute to the development and enhancement of the company brand and Employer Value Proposition
Lead manage and mentor the communications team fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
Background in marketing communications or public relations
Proven experience in a leadership role managing teams and driving communication strategies
Experience within the iGaming industry is considered an advantage
External communications and branding (B2B context)
Experience using a range of internal and external communication tools and platforms (e.g. intranet email marketing tools social media management platforms press distribution systems)
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate and deliver ad-hoc communication projects
Proven negotiation skills for sponsorships partnerships and vendor agreements with an understanding of impact and ROI
Experience managing budgets and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines
Strong content review proofreading and editing skills across press releases newsletters internal communications and event materials
Experience independently organising and delivering corporate events from planning through execution and post-event reporting
