Job Summary
Our client a well-established Corporate Service Provider in Swatar Malta is looking for a Corporate Services Executive to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage your own portfolio of clients build strong relationships and develop your expertise within the CSP industry.
This is a hybrid role that offers a salary of up to 35K depending on experience.
Role & Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of corporate clients and assist with their requests
Perform client monitoring due diligence and verification to ensure records are accurate and up to date
Handle company formations statutory filings and maintenance of company registers
Open and close bank accounts liaising with banks as required
Communicate with lawyers accountants auditors and other service providers on behalf of clients
Coordinate with the Malta Business Registry and other regulatory authorities
Ensure service level agreements are met delivering high-quality support efficiently
Prepare for and attend board meetings and client meetings
Education Skills & Experience
2 years experience in a similar role within financial services legal services or CSPs
Relevant tertiary education or professional qualifications
Excellent English communication skills (C2/native) written and spoken
Client-focused proactive and able to work independently
Highly organised able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
About the role
Salary of up to 35K depending on experience
Hybrid with flexible hours on Fridays the office closes at 14:00
