Our client a well-established Corporate Service Provider in Swatar Malta is looking for an Immigration Administrator to join their growing this role you will be managing a portfolio of clients and assisting with immigration and relocation processes.
This is a hybrid role offering a salary of up to 25K depending on experience.
Role & Responsibilities
Providing support to the immigration team
Keeping clients files up to date and issuing invoices as needed
Assisting a portfolio of clients with their daily enquiries including compliance and KYC
Attending client meetings
Taking ownership of various processes including permits and special residence programmes
Education Skills & Experience
A-Level standard of education
1 year of experience in a similar role
Fluency in English at a C2/Native level both written and spoken
Customer-first mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong multitasking skills; organised with a keen eye for detail
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Willingness to learn

Salary of up to 25K depending on experience
Hybrid with flexible hours on Fridays the office closes at 14:00
