Job Summary
Our client a well-established Corporate Service Provider in Swatar Malta is looking for a Corporate Services Officer to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage your own portfolio of clients build strong relationships and develop your expertise within the CSP industry.
This is a hybrid role that offers a salary of up to 30K depending on experience.
Due to the urgency of the role only candidates who are already based in Malta can be considered for the role
Role & Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of clients and handle their requests
Setting up new companies and prepare their statutory filings
Open and close bank accounts liaising with banks as required
Coordinate with the Malta Business Registry and other regulatory authorities
Keep company records and registers up to date with accurate information
Communicate with lawyers accountants auditors and other service providers on behalf of clients
Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work as promised to clients.
Maintain dialogue of communication with clients on a regular basis and keep clients informed with any new developments within their industry
Education Skills & Experience
2 years experience in a similar role within financial services legal services or CSPs
Relevant tertiary education or professional qualifications
Excellent English communication skills (C2/native) written and spoken
Client-focused proactive and able to work independently
Highly organised able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
About the role
Salary of up to 30K depending on experience and performance bonus
Hybrid with flexible hours on Fridays the office closes at 14:00
