Job Summary

Our client a provider of financial services to the international business sector serving a diverse international client portfolio is seeking a Compliance Administrator to join their team. We are looking for candidates with a solid background in compliance administration within corporate services a strong understanding of relevant regulations and directives and the ability to manage deadlines effectively. The Compliance Administrator will report to the MLRO and Compliance Officer and work closely with internal departments including Legal Accounting and Tax.

This is a hybrid role offering a salary of up to 35K plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform general compliance administration duties including collection of CDD documentation as part of KYC procedures

  • Manage client onboarding and screening procedures

  • Review client files and CDD data while maintaining files up to date

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of statutory filings

  • Support team members in matters related to compliance

  • Liaise with internal departments to streamline operations and ensure seamless service delivery

Education Skills & Experience

  • Formal tertiary education in compliance or a related field

  • 2 years of experience in a compliance administration role in Malta preferably in financial or corporate services

  • Excellent English communication skills at C2/native level both written and spoken

  • Knowledge of regulations directives and compliance procedures

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrates integrity responsibility professionalism and maintains confidentiality

  • Salary up to 35K performance appraisals
