Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Development and Account Executive to join our team. Based in Cariacica and Vila Velha you will be responsible for managing high-value strategic key accounts and developing new business in national and international markets. This role involves leading complex negotiations designing commercial strategies and defining pricing policies. The primary objective is to drive sustainable revenue generation expand market share and build strong long-term relationships with strategic clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand key accounts ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Lead large-scale long-cycle commercial negotiations securing adequate margins and results aligned with corporate strategy.

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans identifying growth opportunities in new markets and segments.

  • Conduct market competition and trend analysis proposing innovation initiatives and commercial differentiation strategies.

  • Act as the primary liaison between strategic clients and internal areas ensuring alignment and value delivery.

  • Support the definition of commercial policies pricing strategies and go-to-market models.

  • Represent the company at events trade shows business forums and high-level stakeholder meetings.

  • Contribute to talent development by mentoring and serving as a technical/commercial reference for junior and mid-level professionals as well as for Engineering Logistics and other support functions.

  • Monitor sales performance indicators and propose corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Lead special projects related to business development strategic partnerships and portfolio expansion.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Engineering Marketing or related fields. A postgraduate degree or MBA in Commercial Management Strategy or related areas will be considered a plus.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in complex B2B sales strategic account management or business development in large or multinational companies preferably with experience in the O&G sector. Proven track record of leading high-value negotiations and delivering consistent results is required.

  • For internal promotions and transfers a minimum of 6 years of experience in proposal engineering sales or technical B2B sales preferably in the O&G sector is desirable.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Gerenciar e expandir contas-chave garantindo altos níveis de satisfação e fidelização de clientes.

  • Liderar negociações comerciais de grande porte e longo ciclo assegurando margens adequadas e resultados alinhados à estratégia corporativa.

  • Desenvolver e implementar planos estratégicos de negócios identificando oportunidades de crescimento em novos mercados e segmentos.

  • Realizar análises de mercado concorrência e tendências propondo iniciativas de inovação e diferenciação comercial.

  • Atuar como principal interlocutor entre clientes estratégicos e áreas internas garantindo alinhamento e entrega de valor.

  • Apoiar na definição de políticas comerciais estratégias de precificação e modelos de go-to-market.

  • Representar a empresa em eventos feiras fóruns de negócios e reuniões de alto nível com stakeholders.

  • Contribuir para o desenvolvimento de talentos internos atuando como mentor e referência técnica/comercial para profissionais juniores e plenos bem como para Engenharia Logística e outras funções de suporte.

  • Monitorar indicadores de performance de vendas e propor ações corretivas e de melhoria contínua.

  • Liderar projetos especiais relacionados ao desenvolvimento de negócios parcerias estratégicas e expansão de portfólio.

Quem estamos procurando

  • Graduação em Administração Economia Engenharia Marketing ou áreas correlatas. Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão Comercial Estratégia ou áreas afins será considerado um diferencial.

  • Mínimo de 10 anos de experiência em vendas complexas B2B gestão de contas estratégicas ou desenvolvimento de negócios em empresas de grande porte ou multinacionais preferencialmente com experiência no setor de O&G. É essencial possuir histórico comprovado de liderança em negociações de alto valor e de entrega consistente de resultados.

  • Para promoções e transferências internas é desejável no mínimo 6 anos de experiência em engenharia de propostas vendas ou vendas técnicas B2B preferencialmente no setor de O&G.
