Job Summary

Job Description:

The Executive Secretary at Au Natural Organics will play a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to the CEO and executive leadership team. This position demands exceptional organizational skills discretion professionalism and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced mission-driven environment that focuses on organic and sustainable products.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage executive calendars schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare meeting agendas presentations and reports.
  • Organize travel arrangements accommodation and itineraries.
  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive company information.

Communication & Coordination:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft and respond to emails memos letters and official communications.
  • Coordinate board meetings executive meetings and company events.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems (digital and physical).

Office & Operations Support:

  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
  • Assist with project tracking and follow-up on action items.
  • Support HR and finance departments with documentation when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company and sustainability standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1 years of experience as an Executive Secretary Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
