What Youll Do

Youll own and grow your territory like its your business:

  • Build strong relationships with existing customers
  • Prospect and win new accounts across your market
  • Drive territory sales growth and product mix
  • Partner with inside sales and operations to deliver results
  • Bring customer insight back to the branch to create opportunities
  • Work alongside vendor reps to expand market share
  • Your success is measured by growth relationships and long-term customer development not quick wins.

Preferred Experience:

  • 310 years in outside sales B2B sales or building materials
  • Knowledge of millwork lumber plywood or 2-step distribution is a plus
  • CRM or DMSi Agility experience is helpful
