Business Development Representative
Overview
We are partnering with a reputable title company in Texas to hire a Business Development Representative. This role focuses on bringing in new business and strengthening relationships with real estate agents lenders and mortgage brokers. You will educate clients on the companys closing services and tools to ensure a smooth transaction experience.
Responsibilities
- Prospect cold call and network to generate new business
- Maintain and grow your book of business
- Serve as the connection point between clients and escrow or production teams
- Build and execute a territory plan to increase market share
- Attend industry events Realtor associations and networking groups
- Lead lunch and learns office presentations and webinars
- Stay updated on Texas regulations competitors and local market trends
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of sales or business development experience
- Title mortgage or real estate background strongly preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Persistent dealdriven mindset
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for daily travel in Texas
- Texas Notary or Escrow License is a plus
Salary: 60-75K plus commission structure (DOE)
Type: full time 40 hr
