Job Title: Healthcare Sales Director

Role Summary:
Client provides seniors the opportunity to continue living in their homes and communities. Focuses on delivering high-quality compassionate care to vulnerable seniors through a value-based model.
Key Responsibilities

Achieve gross and net census growth goals

Lead and coordinate marketing outreach and community engagement initiatives

Oversee enrollment processes and implement improvements for efficiency
-
Track and report team performance (leads home visits enrollments eligibility Salesforce usage)
-
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources (senior housing physicians hospitals post-acute facilities community organizations)
-
Ensure compliance and coordination with DHCS and CMS guidelines
-
Develop and manage departmental budget
-
Collaborate with executive leadership on key metrics and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in healthcare
- Strong experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office
- Experience working in a data-driven environment
