Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Location: Denver CO 80229
Duration: 03 months contract with possible extension
Shift: Mon to Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Pay rate: $30 an hour
Job Description:
Position Summary
This position is responsible for scheduling/confirming sales appointments resolving customer concerns and discrepancies completing contract paperwork including commission some branches this position may also support warehouse and/or administrator duties.
Essential Functions
- Act as a liaison between Sales Project Managers and technicians.
- Schedule and confirm sales appointments.
- Troubleshoot and Support Administration of Program.
- Administer Sales Pilot and SFDC access.
- Sales Pilot Commission and Job Creation.
- Reinforce best practices for the commercial sales process and sales qualification for direct end-user and construction market sales.
- Work with sales team to ensure all paperwork is completed properly within the designated time.
- Complete daily reports.
- Monitors and ensures the progress and completion of assigned tasks.
- Completes and submits all required task-related activities productivity and other documentation in a timely manner.
- Completes other projects to manager and customer satisfaction as assigned.
Required Competencies
- Have a strong work ethic and be detail oriented.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprint schematics diagrams instructions etc. as presented in English.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with internal and external teams and end users in English.
Qualifications
Education Experience and Eligibility Requirements
- Must present proof of ability to legally work in the United States.
- Must be able to clear a drug screening in accordance with company policy and applicable law.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Minimum 3 years of experience performing administrative duties required within a sales or service industry and working knowledge of ERP systems preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel & PowerPoint)
- Must possess good decision-making skills be very organized and detail oriented.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication.
- Ability to use discretion. Problem Solving and ability to escalate matters when needed.
- Data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Speed and accuracy with attention to detail.
