The Director of Corporate FP&A is a senior finance leader responsible for driving enterprise-wide financial planning forecasting and performance management. This role serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership delivering forward-looking insights that enable data-driven decision-making support scalable growth and enhance shareholder value.
The Director will lead the companys core planning processes oversee management reporting and analytics and continuously evolve FP&A capabilities systems and talent to meet the needs of a dynamic growing organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1.Enterprise Planning & Strategic Finance:
Own the annual operating plan rolling forecasts and long-range financial plans.
Lead financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives growth investments capital allocation and M&A activity.
Providestrategic insights on revenue trends margin performance operating leverage and cash flow.
Support corporate strategy development through rigorous financial analysis and business case evaluation.
Translate complex financial outcomes into clear concise narratives and recommendations for executive and Board-level audiences.
2.FinancialPerformance Management & Reporting:
Leadconsolidatedmanagement reporting including KPIs dashboards and variance analysis.
Drive accountability by monitoring performance against plan andidentifyingrisks and opportunities.
Ensuretimelyaccurate and insightful monthly and quarterly financial deliverables.
3.Leadership & Team Development:
Build lead and develop a high-performing FP&A organization.
Establishbest-in-class FP&A processes analytical standards and governance.
Foster a culture of collaboration continuous improvement and operational excellence.
4.Systems Process & Scale Enablement:
Drive optimization and scalability of FP&A tools systems and data infrastructure.
Enhance forecasting accuracy reporting efficiency and analytical depth through automation and standardization.
Partner closely withAccountingto ensure alignment across actuals forecasts and plans.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Education Licensure or Certification:
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
Preferred:MBA CPA or CFA.
Work Experience Skills & Competencies:
10 years of progressive experience in FP&A corporate finance or strategic finance.
Demonstrated success leading enterprise planning and forecasting in a complex organization.
Strong financial modeling analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate with executive leadership.
Advancedproficiencyin Excel and experience with enterprise planning systems (e.g. Workday Adaptive Planning etc.).
Exposure to M&A corporate development and or capital markets.
Experience in a high-growth or public company.
Strategic mindset with strong business and operational acumen.
Executive presence and ability to influence at the highest levels.
Exceptional communication and financial storytelling skills.
Results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
Ability to balance precision with speed in a fast-paced environment.
