Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Controller to lead on-site accounting and financial reporting functions. This fully on-site role reports to the Director of Finance Procurement & IT and offers an opportunity to own FP&A audit and ERP implementation initiatives in a collaborative operational environment.

We are seeking an experienced Controller to lead on-site accounting and financial reporting functions. This fully on-site role reports to the Director of Finance Procurement & IT and offers an opportunity to own FP&A audit and ERP implementation initiatives in a collaborative operational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead accounting and financial reporting for the mine site.
- Manage FP&A activities: budgeting forecasting variance analysis (P&L balance sheet cash flow headcount/expenses).
- Oversee cost accounting inventory cycle counts and accuracy.
- Track capital project spending and capitalize fixed assets.
- Ensure timely month-end quarter-end and year-end close.
- Support internal/external audits and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare financial statements compliance reports and ad hoc analyses.
- Lead ERP selection and implementation in a complex operational environment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with site and corporate teams.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $101000$120000 (up to 10% flexibility for exceptional candidates).
- Annual bonus: 512% based on performance.

Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years as a financial leader (public company experience preferred).
- Advanced Excel and QuickBooks proficiency.
- Experience in construction project management agile/lean practices and FP&A.
- ERP system selection and implementation experience in mining/industrial/manufacturing settings.
- Knowledge of IFRS and U.S. GAAP internal controls SOX tax and transfer pricing.
Nice-to-Have:
- CPA designation.
