Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project management expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and proactive play a key role in driving project/program execution to maximize results with respect to cash and margin while delivering on time and in conformity with the contract or Program Charter. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (including Core Teams and internal/external partners) ensure compliance with Alstoms Project Management Manual and proactively manage risks and opportunities and much specifically take care of planning and managing the complete execution of your scope from transfer to close-out but also ensure alignment with customer expectations and Alstoms standards.
Well look to you for:
- Leading the Project Team including Core Team and applicable Project Managers of internal and external partners
- Managing project performance goals to meet business objectives and customer satisfaction
- Ensuring optimal quality of project/program execution and reviews
- Identifying and addressing critical aspects in reviews proactively
- Representing Alstom towards customers and external stakeholders
- Ensuring the proper implementation of Alstom policy and EHS requirements
- Maintaining full compliance with Alstoms Code of Ethics
