What Youll Do
- Supervise and coordinate activities of all associates at our Spindle Repair Operation
- Interface with Sales Customers and Other KS locations to provide assistance related to repair and remanufacturing activities
- Train and monitor associates in all aspects of their required duties within established corporate methods and procedures to meet company quality and delivery metrics
- Monitor day to day product flow to achieve company delivery targets and revenue goals
- Manage and coordinate employee utilization based on needs and customer requirements
- Visit customer sites to resolve issues obtain knowledge build relationships and identify new opportunities
- Manage inventory operational costs and budgets
- Identify needs for new repair/test capabilities the resources required and the estimated costs to implement them

What We Need from You
- Advanced computer skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)
- Effective communication skills (oral / written)
- Basic understanding of fundamental accounting principles
- Basic negotiating skills
- Ability to multitask
- No lifting restrictions
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience preferred
