The Opportunity

As a Factory Procurement Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our manufacturing operations run seamlessly sustainably and costeffectively. This is a highly visible leadership role where your decisions directly influence production continuity supplier performance and operational excellence at the factory level.
You will be empowered to lead endtoend purchasing activities for direct materials MRO and factory serviceswhile shaping stronger supplier partnerships and driving continuous improvement. Working closely with production planning engineering quality logistics and finance teams you will turn supply chain strategy into daily operational impact.

How Youll Make an Impact
Lead factorylevel purchasing for direct indirect and service needs
Ensure material availability to support production schedules
Build and manage strong supplier partnerships
Drive cost reduction through strategic sourcing and value engineering
Negotiate pricing terms and delivery schedules collaboratively
Monitor supplier quality delivery and performance metrics
Identify and mitigate supply quality and compliance risks
Develop and coach a team of buyers and purchasing analysts
Your Background
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Engineering or related field
5 years of purchasing or procurement experience
Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment
Strong knowledge of direct materials MRP and factory operations
Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems
Strong analytical negotiation and peopleleadership skills
Preferred: CPP CPIM Lean Six Sigma or equivalent certifications
