Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle FCCS Developer / Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS). The ideal candidate will independently design develop and deliver FCCS solutions while directly engaging with business stakeholders and proactively resolving issues.
This role requires strong techno-functional knowledge of financial consolidation processes and Oracle EPM Cloud implementations.
Key Responsibilities
FCCS Development & Configuration

Design configure and implement solutions using Oracle FCCS.

Develop calculation scripts business rules data forms and metadata structures.

Configure consolidation processes intercompany eliminations and currency translation logic.
Implementation & Delivery
-
Independently manage end-to-end FCCS development activities.

Lead customer discussions gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Deliver high-quality solutions aligned with financial close and reporting objectives.
Data Integration & Reporting
-
Support data integrations from source systems using Data Management and other integration tools.

Develop financial reports dashboards and close management artifacts.
Issue Resolution & Support
-
Proactively identify troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Provide post-implementation support and optimization recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
-
8 years of experience in Oracle EPM implementations.

Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS).

Experience with financial consolidation close processes and reporting requirements.

Ability to independently manage customer interactions and solution delivery.

Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Desirable Skills

Experience with Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).

Broader exposure to Oracle EPM Cloud modules.

Knowledge of financial planning and reporting processes.
