Job Summary
Drive overall sales strategy growth and market share across categories
Expand distribution outlet coverage and new channels (Urban & Rural)
Lead GT MT HoReCa Institutional & Emerging Channels
Build and manage a strong distributor network and RTM model
Own sales planning forecasting budgeting & CEO-level reviews
Lead coach and develop Sales Managers and sales teams
Ensure strong execution governance compliance & market intelligence
Collaborate closely with Marketing Supply Chain Finance & HR

Experience: 1520 years in FMCG / Beverages (Food exposure preferred)
Strong on-ground execution & distributor-led sales experience
