- Identify and target new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends competitors and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure sales deals.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and warehouse staff to manage stock efficiently.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize the supply chain and reduce costs.
- Resolve any logistical issues that may arise to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Serve as the main point of contact for customers addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding order status delivery schedules and any changes.
- Collect feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in sales preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes supply chain management and inventory control.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software MS Office Suite and logistics management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
