- Assist in the recruitment process including job posting resume screening scheduling interviews and coordinating reference checks.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees ensuring all necessary paperwork and compliance requirements are met.
- Coordinate employee training programs attendance tracking and leave management.
- Prepare reports on HR metrics such as turnover absenteeism and recruitment timelines.
- Ensure compliance with Zimbabwean labor legislation and company HR policies.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies benefits and procedures.
- Assist in organizing company-wide events wellness programs and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 25 years of proven experience in an HR administrative or support role within a corporate or organizational setting.
- Strong knowledge of Zimbabwean labor laws employment regulations and workplace compliance standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and HR information systems (HRIS).
- Excellent organizational time management and multitasking abilities.
- High level of discretion integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive employee data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Shona or Ndebele is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with payroll processing and benefits administration is preferred.
