Job Summary

Conduct routine inspections preventive maintenance and root cause analysis of plant machinery and systems.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and work orders using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
Lead troubleshooting and repair of mechanical electrical and process equipment across production lines.
Collaborate with operations maintenance and engineering teams to optimize equipment performance and throughput.
Ensure compliance with local and international safety environmental and regulatory standards (e.g. OSHA ISO 14001 ISO 9001).
Identify and recommend improvements in plant efficiency energy consumption and equipment reliability.
Manage and coordinate maintenance contractors and vendors ensuring timely and cost-effective service delivery.
Prepare technical reports maintenance logs and performance metrics for management review.
Support new equipment installations commissioning and process validation activities.
Train and mentor junior technicians and maintenance staff on best practices and safety protocols.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field.
25 years of progressive experience in plant maintenance operations or industrial engineering within a manufacturing or production environment.
Proven experience with CMMS software and maintenance planning tools.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems hydraulics pneumatics and electrical systems.
Familiarity with process instrumentation control systems (e.g. PLCs) and automation technologies.
Excellent problem-solving analytical and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
Willingness to work on rotating shifts weekends and on-call duties as required.
