- Develop implement and evaluate individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with physicians and healthcare teams.
- Administer medications treatments and therapies in accordance with clinical protocols and safety standards.
- Monitor and document patient progress adjusting care plans as needed and reporting changes to supervising clinicians.
- Provide patient and family education on disease management preventive care medication adherence and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Ensure compliance with infection control policies patient safety standards and national healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with community health workers and local organizations to support outreach programs and public health initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration and license to practice as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing Council of Zimbabwe.
- 25 years of clinical experience in a hospital clinic or community health setting.
- Proven experience in patient assessment care planning medication administration and documentation.
- Strong knowledge of infection control patient safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems and basic computer applications.
- Commitment to continuous learning ethical practice and adherence to professional standards.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings weekends and on-call duties as required.
