Key Responsibilities
l Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction.
l Drive renewals service upgrades and overall client retention.
l Upsell and cross-sell broking products subscriptions and advisory services.
l Educate clients on platform tools and new features to enhance active usage.
l Consistently achieve monthly revenue retention and upsell targets.
l Work closely with internal teams to deliver a smooth impactful client experience.
l Proactively engage with mapped clients to understand needs and suggest solutions.
l Generate referrals through strong client rapport and service quality.
Skills & Requirements
l Prior experience in the stock market; derivatives knowledge preferred.
l Experience in sales or relationship management roles of 2 years
l Strong communication skills; proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
l Customer-focused attitude with the ability to influence and drive conversions.

Required Skills:
Prior experience in Stock market; derivatives knowledge preferred Minimum 2 year of experience in relationship managment. Strong communication skills; multi-language ability is an advantage. Customer-focused attitude with the ability to influence and drive conversions.
