Experience:
- 5 years experience (if CA)
- 10 years experience (if Masters qualified)
- Experience in handling multi-entity businesses (Pvt Ltd & LLP)
- Strong exposure in compliance taxation and financial management
- Experience managing audits inter-company transactions & reporting
Salary Range: 83K to 1 LPM
Roles:
- Own end-to-end compliance across all group entities (Pvt Ltd companies and LLPs)
- Filing of ROC returns annual filings MCA compliance
- GST registrations periodic returns (GSTR-1 GSTR-3B GSTR-9) and reconciliations
- TDS / TCS deductions payments and quarterly returns (Form 24Q 26Q)
- Income Tax filings corporate LLP and applicable personal tax where required
- PT (Professional Tax) ESIC PF where applicable
- Liaison with statutory auditors CA firms and legal consultants
- Maintain compliance calendars and ensure zero missed deadlines across entities
- Stay current with changes in tax laws MCA regulations and RBI guidelines
- Manage all banking relationships across entities current accounts OD facilities credit lines
- Supervise day-to-day banking operations: NEFT/RTGS/IMPS cheque management vendor payments
- Monitor daily fund positions and ensure optimal liquidity across entities
- Prepare and maintain cash flow projections weekly monthly quarterly
- Coordinate with banks for loan documentation renewals and credit facility management
- Handle forex transactions and foreign remittances (if applicable)
- Maintain accurate books of accounts across all entities as per Indian GAAP / Ind AS
- Oversee journal entries ledger management and month-end closing
- Prepare monthly MIS reports: P&L Balance Sheet Cash Flow statements per entity
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable cycles
- Supervise payroll processing (payroll handling not mandatory) and ensure proper accounting
- Maintain fixed asset registers and manage depreciation schedules
- Ensure books are always audit-ready
- Perform and review bank reconciliation statements (BRS) across all entity accounts monthly
- Reconcile inter-entity ledgers and ensure accurate party-wise balances
- Identify and resolve reconciliation discrepancies within defined timelines
- Maintain reconciliation trackers and flag unreconciled items
- Record and monitor loans advances and fund transfers between group entities
- Ensure proper documentation of inter-company transactions (agreements board resolutions interest computation)
- Prepare inter-company reconciliation schedules on a monthly basis
- Manage intercompany billing recharges and cost allocations
- Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations (if applicable)
- Maintain consolidated view of inter-entity exposures and flag risks
- Coordinate statutory internal and tax audits across all entities
- Prepare audit schedules respond to auditor queries and ensure timely audit closure
- Support investor due diligence and financial data preparation
- Assist in preparation of consolidated financials
- Design implement and enforce internal financial controls and SOPs
- Ensure maker-checker controls for payments and approvals
- Review and approve vendor invoices expense claims and high-value transactions
- Implement and manage accounting systems (Tally / Zoho / SAP)
- Handle multiple group companies independently
- Manage and supervise accounts team
Qualification:
- CA preferred
- MBA (Finance) / / CPA / ICWA acceptable
