Job Summary

Company Background:

We are representing a global leader in freight forwarding supply chain consultancy and logistics Malaysia they operate as a key node in a global network that spans over 100 countries specialising in moving goods via air ocean and road while leveraging advanced technology to provide real-time visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist to prepare transshipment documentations
Reporting and data entry
Coordinate all shipping requirements in respect to transshipments
Prepare and check through t/s documentation.
Attend to customers inquiries pertaining to rates and assist in queries/bookings/follow ups/complaints
Track shipments and updates
Manage and follow-up on any discrepancies
Any other duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

2 years of related experience preferably in Freight Forwarding/Transportation/Logistics industry
Fresh school leavers with the right aptitude are welcomed to apply
Proficient in MS-Office applications
Prior experience with Cargowise system not essential but would be a bonus
Proficient in Basic English and Basic Chinese
Organised and meticulous
Great sense of responsibilities and commitment
Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills
Willing to learn
Team player

Location: USJ 25 Subang Jaya
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM 6:00 PM)
