We are representing a global leader in freight forwarding supply chain consultancy and logistics Malaysia they operate as a key node in a global network that spans over 100 countries specialising in moving goods via air ocean and road while leveraging advanced technology to provide real-time visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist to prepare transshipment documentations
- Reporting and data entry
- Coordinate all shipping requirements in respect to transshipments
- Prepare and check through t/s documentation.
- Attend to customers inquiries pertaining to rates and assist in queries/bookings/follow ups/complaints
- Track shipments and updates
- Manage and follow-up on any discrepancies
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management
Requirements:
- 2 years of related experience preferably in Freight Forwarding/Transportation/Logistics industry
- Fresh school leavers with the right aptitude are welcomed to apply
- Proficient in MS-Office applications
- Prior experience with Cargowise system not essential but would be a bonus
- Proficient in Basic English and Basic Chinese
- Organised and meticulous
- Great sense of responsibilities and commitment
- Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn
- Team player

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM 6:00 PM)
