Role Summary and Responsibilities

Client & Media Vendor Relationship Management:

Foster and nurture positive relationships with clients through regular communication responsiveness and addressing inquiries concerns and requests related to media reporting.
Coordinate and educate media vendors on client acceptance procedures ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Act as the primary point of contact for client interactions and collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate reporting.
Maintain positive relationships with media vendors.
Ensure prompt payment to media vendors.

Reporting and Billing:

Ensure the punctual submission of media reports meeting both client expectations and internal deadlines.
Collaborate closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely billing completion for media vendors

Stakeholder Management:

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between local and regional teams.
Work closely with campaign manager planners and finance teams to guarantee the timely submission of media reports.

Skills and Experience

Diploma/Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
Proven experience in client servicing administrative finance related roles.
Demonstrate a keen attention to details in aspect of media reporting to maintain quality of deliveries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and experience with reporting tools is a plus.
