Job Summary

Company Overview:

We are representing a growing construction company based in Kota Tinggi Johor that provides quality building and roofing solutions. We are looking for a HR Executive to join their team and support recruitment and administration.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of HR and administrative support.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting sourcing screening and shortlisting candidates.
  • Arrange interviews with hiring managers.
  • Assist in arranging orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Handle basic HR inquiries from employees.
  • Prepare and update HR documents such as letters forms contracts staff files etc.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR database ensuring accuracy of employee information.
  • Coordinate HR activities meetings and training seminars.
  • Ensure proper filing of documents.
  • Manage admin duties including handling invoices.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum with a Diploma/ Bachelors Degree of Human Resources Business Admin Management or relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin (Due to business communication)
  • Willing to commit to a long-term position.

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm
