Job Summary

Company Background:

We are representing a multinational manufacturing company in the automotive industry based in Kulai Johor. As they are setting up their new manufacturing line in Malaysia they are looking for a Human Resources Executive to join their team.

Job Requirements:

Assist in formulating the annual recruitment plan developing various recruitment channels evaluating channel effectiveness building a recruitment database and controlling the recruitment cycle
Supervise and monitor attendance records of foreign workers ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
Assist in executing organizational structure design and timely adjustments based on the companys strategic development needs
Support corporate culture initiatives and assist in implementing and promoting behavior alignment based on the performance management system
Collaborate with department heads to establish annual training plans including internal and external training; monitor track and analyze training effectiveness
Assist the HR Manager in revising HR module processes and developing SOPs annual manpower budgets reports and talent development plans for the headquarters and branches
Assist in organizing company events including management review meetings birthday celebrations annual dinners and other activities
Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the HR Manager

Requirements & Details:

Minimum Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 2 years of practical experience in a similar HR role
Familiar with Malaysian labor laws and willing to proactively learn and handle labor relations
Experience in setting up or assisting in the establishment of a new HR department or HR systems will be an added advantage
