We are representing a fast growing welding company and as they are expanding they are looking for HR Executive to join the team.
Job responsibilities:
Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings screening applications coordinating interviews and conducting reference checks.Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires including 1 orientation sessions and administrative tasks. - Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Support the HR Manager in addressing employee relations issues and concerns.
- Assist in the coordination and delivery of training programs and workshops.
- Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
- Provide support in the implementation of various HR projects and initiatives.
Job requirements:
- At least with a Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources or any relevant field.
- At least with 2 years of experience in Human Resource - Full Spectrum.
- Experienced in using HR system.
- Good communication skill in English and Bahasa Melayu.
