- Communicate effectively with clients through various channels including email phone and Live Chat.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.
- Analyse client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a diploma or higher educational qualification.
- Understanding of financial markets investment products and regulatory requirements will be an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced financial environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of English and Mandarin.
