We are representing our client a global CX solutions provider are currently hiring for the new E-Hailing & Deliveries Service / Data Centre project to support Hong Kong region.

Work Location: Iskandar Puteri Johor

Main Responsibilities:

Handling all inbound calls live chat and email pertaining to customer general enquiries complaints comments feedbacks and other raising issue related to the companys products
Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
Proficient in computer typing skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Good computer literacy

Requirements

Min 18 years old completed with SPM UEC and IGCSE certificates.
5.5 / 6 working days - Compulsory working on Public Holidays and Weekends
Must commit to work 24/7 shift
