Job Summary

Company Background

We are representing our client a leading global freight forwarding supply chain and technology company in the search for a suitable candidate to fill the position of Sea Freight Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Assist to prepare transhipment documentations
Reporting and data entry
Coordinate all shipping requirements in respect to transshipments
Prepare and check through t/s documentation.
Attend to customers inquiries pertaining to rates and assist in queries/bookings/followups/complaints
Track shipments and updates
Manage and follow-up on any discrepancies
Any other duties as assigned by the Management

Job Requirements:

Min 2 years of related experience preferably in Freight Forwarding/Transportation/Logistics industry
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Proficient in MS-Office applications
Prior experience with Cargowise system not essential but would be a bonus

Other details:

Working hours : Mon-Fri (9am - 6pm)
