Job Summary

We are representing our client - a hospitality management company specializing in the food and beverage industry. As they continue to expand their business they are seeking to hire an experienced HR Manager to join their team. They are located at Petaling Jaya

Job Description

Lead and be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions in recruitment &selection compensation & benefits employee relations industrial relations and training & development.
Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures according to the Companys guideline and the local regulatory requirements.
Ensure monthly payroll (includes OT allowances and commissions) statutory contributions and personal income taxes etc are paid correctly and on time.
Lead the development of compensation and benefits programs and implement annual performance review and salary structure processes.
Oversee and administer the annual company-wide performance review process including appraisal data compilation; prepare analysis and summary report; administer promotion exercise; review and recommend salary moderation to maintain internal equity
Work closely with department heads to resolve day-to-day HR operational matters
Manage workforce issues and employee relations matters including conducting investigations
Prepare monthly manpower analysis and reports
Prepare communication on HR matters for cascading of information.
Support in other businesses needs function as and when assigned

Requirements

Min Bachelors Degree
Atleast 6 years of working experience in a related field with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Have good working knowledge about the labour market HR practices and employment laws of Malaysia
Proficient in using Google Workspace (Drive Chat Calendar Doc Sheet Slides
etc)
Comfortable analysing HR business operational data
Experience in the retail hospitality F&B or related industry is an added advantage
