We are representing our client in the Mining & Building Materials industry. As the company prepares for expansion they are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented HR Manager to be based at their HQ in Sri Damansara Kuala Lumpur.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies policies and procedures in line with the company goals.
- Lead full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition performance management compensation & benefits training & development employee engagement and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and industry-specific safety and employment regulations.
- Partner with departmental heads to assess staffing needs and workforce planning.
- Handle disciplinary actions grievances and conflict resolution.
- Oversee HR reporting budgeting and headcount planning.
- Support organizational development succession planning and change management initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration or related field.
- At least 7 years of HR experience preferably in manufacturing construction or heavy industries.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
