Job Summary

Company Background:

We are representing a well-known client in the hospitality industry seeking a proactive Human Resource Executive. The ideal candidate will have solid HR experience strong interpersonal skills and a passion for supporting HR operations employee engagement and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Assist with candidate screening reference checks and issuing offer letters/contracts
Conduct staff orientations and maintain up-to-date employee records (digital and hard copy)
Support monthly payroll preparation by ensuring accurate and timely data submission
Organize and coordinate staff training seminars and development activities
Maintain HR calendars schedule interviews meetings and HR events
Respond to internal and external HR-related queries professionally and promptly
Serve as the main point of contact for employee communication and issue resolution
Assist in performance management processes and tracking
Ensure compliance with labor laws HR policies and resort standards
Produce HR-related reports and assist with general HR administrative tasks
Process staff terminations and handle related documentation
Stay updated on current HR trends and best practices
Work closely with department heads to support staffing and operational needs

Requirements:

Minimum a Diploma in Human Resources or related field
At least 1-2 years of HR experience.
Willing to work to Kajang Selangor.
Posses own transport
Good understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
Proficient in MS Office and other business tools.
Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
