Sales Head MineStar Solutions

Territory: Southeast Asia India Japan Korea

As a MineStar Solutions Sales Leader you will lead a highperforming sales team focused on solving customers toughest challenges with advanced mining technology. You will oversee sales strategy deal architecture negotiations and execution across your territory partnering closely with Caterpillar dealers to deliver solutions that drive operational excellence and measurable value for customers.

This is a highimpact leadership role responsible for revenue growth strategic customer engagement and building dealer capability to market and sell MineStar technologies.

What You Will Lead

  • Fullportfolio sales for MineStar Solutions including:
    • Command for Hauling (AHS)
    • Command for Dozing
    • Command for Drilling
    • Command for Underground
    • MineStar Fleet
    • MineStar Terrain
    • MineStar Detect
  • Dealer development efforts to strengthen capability and increase solution adoption.
  • Customercentric solution design based on deep operational insights.

What You Will Do

  • Lead sales and business development activities across the assigned region in close collaboration with Caterpillar dealers.
  • Coach develop and evaluate direct reports ensuring a strong team with the skills and experience needed for current and future business needs.
  • Travel extensively to meet customers and understand their operational challenges identifying opportunities for technology deployment.
  • Own P&L expectations for the region and make informed commercial decisions that support business objectives.
  • Provide presales support including deep product expertise for RFP responses capability analysis and alignment between customer needs and product functionality.
  • Manage regional pricing contracts and legal agreements among Cat dealers and customers.
  • Build and maintain highlevel industry relationships locally nationally and internationally.
  • Lead annual business planning with dealers establish forecasts and track progress against sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow dealer capacity and capability to market and sell MineStar Solutions technologies.
  • Represent the MineStar business internally and externally participating in management forums industry events and customer meetings.

What You Bring (Basic Requirements)

  • Bachelors degree
  • English language proficiency
  • 5 years of experience in the mining or quarry & aggregates industry
  • Thorough understanding of mining or quarry applications
  • Prior experience in a sales representative or sales manager role

Top Candidates Will Also Have

  • Demonstrated direct sales experience
  • Experience working with Caterpillar dealers in Asia
  • Strong mining or quarry product and application knowledge
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM
  • Technology sales experience in mining or quarry environments
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering
  • Strong business acumen negotiation and communication skills
  • Proven leadership capability
  • Multilingual abilities

Additional Information

  • Travel required up to 75%
  • Position requires onsite work 5 days per week
