Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – Home Loans & LAP
Location: Lucknow
Budget: Hike on current CTC (As per profile)
Industry: Premium NBFC (Home Loans & LAP)
Role Overview:
The role manages end-to-end Home Loan & LAP sales for UP East & UP West requiring strong regional exposure across Gorakhpur Varanasi Lucknow and adjoining markets. The RSM will lead a high-performing sales team drive disbursals build channel partnerships and expand market penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Growth
- Drive sales numbers aggressively and achieve monthly disbursal targets in HL/LAP.
- Retain engage and expand the customer base through repeat business and referrals.
- Manage and scale business through DSA DST CA builders and connector networks.
- Increase APF penetration across approved builder projects and acquire new APFs.
- Develop and execute strong business plans to improve conversion and disbursal patterns.
- Open new markets by building fresh builder/channel partnerships.
Team Leadership & Planning
- Lead guide and motivate a team of Sales Managers across UP East & West.
- Ensure high productivity through training monitoring and market-level deployment.
- Drive lead generation activities with the team and ensure on-ground execution excellence.
- Support the team in closures documentation quality and customer lifecycle management.
Market Intelligence & Compliance
- Track competitor offerings market trends and pricing shifts to shape sales strategy.
- Share insights with central product/policy teams to strengthen positioning.
- Ensure 100% compliance with Audit NHB guidelines company SOPs and governance processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in Home Loans & LAP sales.
- Must have handled UP East & UP West markets specifically Gorakhpur Varanasi Lucknow Bareilly Ghaziabad etc.
- Strong experience managing large teams channels and builder relationships.
- Background in Banks/NBFCs with strong regional market knowledge is mandatory.
