Job Summary
CSR Strategy & Fundraising
Develop and execute a comprehensive CSR fundraising strategy that aligns with the over all vision growth
and sustainability of the organization goals.
Develop long-term strategic plans and annual operational plans aligned with the Company mission and
impact goals.
Identify emerging opportunities to expand mental health programs nationally through partnerships
community outreach and institutional collaborations.
Program Design Strategy and Planning
Design and co create comprehensive mental health awareness strategies targeting communities
educational institutions workplaces and vulnerable populations.
Lead the planning execution and management of multiple mental health projects across sectors
Ensure that projects are delivered on schedule within scope and aligned with the Trusts objectives.
Identify opportunities to scale successful initiatives and expand program reach to new regions and
audiences.
Implementation and on ground Support
Work closely with implementation teams to ensure smooth execution of CSR-funded programs
Track deliverables timelines and budgets

Ensure programs meet agreed outcomes and impact metrics
Showcase outcomes through data case studies and storytelling
Budgeting & Resource Management
Develop and manage organizational and program budgets.
Ensure responsible utilization of funds grants and donor contributions.
Work with trustees and leadership to plan resources for new projects initiatives and program
expansions.
Ensure financial accountability and transparency in program implementation.
Government & Public Sector Liaison
Build and maintain relationships with government bodies health authorities and public institutions.
Explore opportunities for joint initiatives with government bodies in areas of public mental health
awareness and education.
Represent the Organization in policy discussions forums conferences and public platforms related to
mental health advocacy.
. Stakeholder Engagement & External Relations
Build strong relationships with donors corporate partners community leaders healthcare professionals
and advocacy groups.
Act as the public representative and spokesperson for the organization in all health forums mental health
set ups and all industry bodies.
Promote organizations initiatives through public speaking engagements partnerships and outreach
activities.
