Project Planning & Execution

Lead the planning execution and monitoring of new store openings (NSOs)

renovations relocations and other retail infrastructure projects across multiple cities.

Develop project schedules budgets and resource plans ensuring alignment with

business goals and timelines.

Ensure quality standards are met in construction interiors and installations while

adhering to safety and compliance guidelines.

Strategic Oversight

Partner with real estate design operations and finance teams to align project
-
execution with overall business objectives.

Anticipate risks and challenges and implement proactive mitigation strategies to
-
ensure smooth project delivery.

Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies to enhance project
-
execution frameworks.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

Manage relationships with external vendors contractors architects and consultants
-
to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Lead negotiations tendering processes and vendor evaluations to ensure best value

solutions.

Act as a key liaison between cross-functional teams including marketing operations

finance and supply chain.

Cost & Compliance Management

Oversee CAPEX planning budget forecasting and cost optimization initiatives
