Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Maintain and track capital and expense project spend budgets and charge numbers in coordination with Finance
- Prepare analyze and distribute monthly project spend labor and SAP-based reports
- Coordinate purchasing requests parts tracking contractor materials and logistics
- Manage scheduling meetings calendars agendas notes and action-item follow-ups for engineering and plant teams
- Maintain SOPs templates metrics documentation and shared collaboration platforms
- Support onboarding training coordination travel logistics and routine communications for engineering staff
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED (minimum required)
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience with scheduling tools and managing availability across teams
