Job Summary
Proposals Co-Ordinator Construction & Defence Projects
Location: Rhodes NSW
Industry: Construction Defence Water Energy & Resources
Experience: Minimum 5 years in proposal management
Were seeking an experienced Proposals Co-Ordinator to lead our tender and proposal development across major Defence Water Energy Resources and Industrial projects. This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in our growth managing the end-to-end proposal process and coordinating cross-functional teams to secure high-value construction and maintenance contracts.
What Youll Do:
- Lead proposal development from RFP receipt through to submission ensuring competitive compliant and compelling bids
- Conduct bid/no-bid analysis and develop winning proposal strategies aligned with company objectives
- Coordinate tender teams including estimators commercial managers engineers SHEQ specialists and subject matter experts
- Monitor tender portals to identify new business opportunities across public and private sectors
- Manage timelines and deliverables facilitating bid review meetings and keeping stakeholders on track
- Engage with clients to clarify requirements and ensure our proposals demonstrate superior value
What Youll Bring:
- Minimum 5 years experience in proposal management preferably within construction or heavy industrial sectors
- Proven track record of winning large-scale construction projects
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across diverse teams
