The Team
Led by Miranda Mason ADM of Health Services Integration this division brings together primary acute community and long-term care services to improve care continuity access and patient flowparticularly for frail and elderly populations. Through policy leadership system planning and operational oversight the team ensures services across the health system are integrated accessible and well-coordinated to meet the needs of British Columbians.
The Role
This role develops an allied health workforce forecasting model to inform the Health Human Resources (HHR) Strategy refresh helping address critical gaps in allied health data and planning. The position conducts and communicates research applies and adapts data analysis methodologies and works with data owners and subject matter experts to improve data quality documentation and analytical approaches.

About this Position:
Flexible work options are available; this position may be able to work 2 or more days at home per week subject to an approved telework agreement.
This is a temporary opportunity until 08/28/2026. This position may be extended or become permanent.
