IFS Copperleaf is looking for a digitally focused and hands-on Marketing Specialist Demand Generation based in Colombo Sri Lanka.
This role plays a key part in driving pipeline growth across APJMEA through targeted digital demand generation and account-based marketing programs. You will plan execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns while also supporting events and marketing operations.
You will work closely with the Regional Marketing Manager APJMEA the Sri Lanka based digital team sales and global marketing teams to identify opportunities execute campaigns and improve performance.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized proactive analytical and comfortable owning campaigns end to end.
Key Tasks:
Digital Marketing
Plan execute and optimize regional demand generation campaigns across APJMEA including email paid media webinars and digital programs
Drive marketing-sourced pipeline through targeted multi-channel and ABM campaigns (one to few and one to one)
Collaborate closely with the Sri Lanka based digital team on campaign builds targeting segmentation and optimization
Own campaign performance tracking and reporting (KPIs such as MQLs engagement CTRs and pipeline contribution) using tools such as Marketo and Salesforce
Manage pre and post campaign lead lists CRM routing and follow-up coordination with sales and BDRs
Analyze results and provide clear actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion
Events Operations and Marketing Support
Support physical and digital events including venue sourcing supplier coordination and logistics
Partner with the marketing team to amplify the lead generation impact of events
Maintain and update marketing assets in collaboration with internal teams
Support PR and content updates as needed
Support PO creation invoicing processes and supplier coordination
Qualifications :
4 years of experience in B2B demand generation or digital marketing ideally in the SaaS or tech space.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo Hubspot) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
Exposure to ABM tools and tactics (e.g. Demandbase 6sense LinkedIn Ads).
A collaborative proactive mindset with the ability to juggle multiple projects across markets and teams.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
