About the Client:

Responsibilities:
- Support business development by preparing quotations proposals and tender documents; maintain and update CRM system with client information leads and opportunities
- Coordinate meetings demos and presentations between clients and Nova Corp teams; maintain consistent client communication for document collection and progress updates
- Prepare meeting notes track follow-up actions and ensure timely proposal submissions and client follow-ups
- Maintain organized records of business correspondence proposals contracts and approvals; assist in preparing weekly and monthly sales performance reports
- Liaise with Finance Technical and Operations teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables and client requirements
- Track service delivery milestones and assist in coordinating handovers post-deal closure
- Support event coordination marketing campaigns procurement documentation and supplier coordination
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
- 12 years experience in a coordination or support role within a corporate or IT environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM platforms (preferably Odoo)
- Exceptional attention to detail time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain confidentiality
