Job Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Airport Customer Service Executive. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: - Welcome and assist passengers at the airport providing them with information and guidance as needed - Handle check-in and boarding procedures ensuring accuracy and efficiency - Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with other airport departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction - Assist with lost and found items and baggage services - Maintain a neat and organized work area including the check-in counters and waiting areas - Stay updated on airline policies procedures and flight schedules to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience - Adhere to all safety and security regulations and procedures at all times Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Prior experience in customer service preferably in the aviation industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays - Fluency in English and Hindi both written and verbal - Basic computer skills and familiarity with airline reservation systems - Must be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods of time Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The selected candidate will be required to work 5 days a week including weekends and holidays and may be assigned to different shifts based on operational needs.
