Job Summary

Position: Airport Customer Service Executive Company: Bluespirit Location: Trivandrum Kerala India Contract Details: Full-time Are you a dynamic and customer-oriented individual looking for an exciting career opportunity in the aviation industry Bluespirit a leading airport service provider in Trivandrum Kerala is looking for a highly motivated Airport Customer Service Executive to join our team. As an Airport Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to airline passengers at the airport. Your main duties will include assisting passengers with check-in baggage handling and boarding procedures resolving customer inquiries and complaints and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation at the airport. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers with check-in and boarding procedures - Handle baggage and ensure proper tagging and handling - Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules delays and cancellations - Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with other airport departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation - Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of airline policies and procedures - Monitor flight schedules and make necessary announcements to passengers - Ensure compliance with airport security and safety regulations - Handle cash and credit card transactions for excess baggage fees and other services - Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience in the aviation industry is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays - Basic computer skills and familiarity with airline reservation systems - Fluency in English and Hindi knowledge of local languages is a plus - Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage - Must possess a valid passport and be able to obtain necessary security clearances We offer a competitive salary and benefits package as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
