As an Airport Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to airline passengers at the airport. Your main duties will include assisting passengers with check-in baggage handling and boarding procedures resolving customer inquiries and complaints and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation at the airport. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers with check-in and boarding procedures - Handle baggage and ensure proper tagging and handling - Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules delays and cancellations - Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with other airport departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation - Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of airline policies and procedures - Monitor flight schedules and make necessary announcements to passengers - Ensure compliance with airport security and safety regulations - Handle cash and credit card transactions for excess baggage fees and other services - Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience in the aviation industry is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays - Basic computer skills and familiarity with airline reservation systems - Fluency in English and Hindi knowledge of local languages is a plus - Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage - Must possess a valid passport and be able to obtain necessary security clearances We offer a competitive salary and benefits package as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
